At Twinbrook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we have implemented every precaution to battle COVID-19 and its variants. This is especially important for the elderly or for those recovering from a health issue.
Depending on the current COVID-19 hazard and guidelines or mandates currently in effect, we may require proof of vaccination and/or the use of personal protective equipment, masks, outdoor visitation, physical barriers, or other infection control measures.
Please read and adhere to all posted signage in the areas that you enter.
All visitors must wear a mask inside the facility at all times, except while eating or drinking.
If you are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, including but not limited to elevated temperature, coughing or difficulty breathing, or gastrointestinal symptoms, or if you have had a positive COVID-19 test result within the last ten days, you are ineligible to visit our facility for ten days from onset of symptoms or until you provide a negative PCR test.
